Our dog, Roxy, is on a very strict diet due to her various medical problems and requires prescription food for liver health. We were going between using Hill Science and Royal Canin hepatic l/d canned food, but she only ate the Royal Canin food consistently. Our vet was able to supply this food until he encountered problems with delivery and suggested I try to purchase it directly. I tried Petco since it's a store that we have here in the islands, but their brick-and-mortar location didn't stock the Royal Canin l/d food. So I went online since it was listed on their site. Their system kept bringing up the wrong item due to what they said was a problem in their IT area and they were having problems processing my order. I was told that that they were working on it and would contact me. Days would go by but when they contacted me it was only to say they were still working on it. Meanwhile my dog's food supply was dwindling so I went online to find other sources. I actually tried Amazon but they didn't have that line of food. Fortunately I found your company. Unfortunately I couldn't complete my order on your site because the order page was populated by empty grey boxes which I was unable to input any information. THANKFULLY, your representative, Kathy Elliot, took my information and prescription from my vet, and successfully processed my order on her end. I encountered this same problem on my second order and again, Kathy Elliot came to the rescue...she took the time to figure out a way for me to complete the order. I'm so grateful to her and your company for getting this much needed food to us in a timely manner!

My Bichon frise dog of 15 years was beginning to tire of her current, prescription dry, dog food. She needed to continue to consume her food to help control her enzyme levels. However, she is a picky eater and I worried that she would not eat the wet Royal Canin Hepatic dog food. After mixing in the wet food with her dry dog food, she loved it and I'm very happy and so is my pet!
Huxley is a Maltese rescued from a hoarding situation. He's 11 years old and we adopted him last December. He has a bad heart murmur and liver disease. He did not like the Hills l/d food at all, but he just snarfs down the Royal Canin Hepatic food like a wild dog. He's a great little fellow and gives me a good laugh at least once a day. Thank you for helping him have a diet he loves that helps him live better!
This is Archie our sweet Welsh Terrier. Archie developed liver disease from taking anti-seizure medication for years. His liver function was about 30%. He loved the Royal Canin food because it was smooth and easy to eat and tasted good. We lost Archie today from complications following a fall down our stairs. He had a large mass on his spleen and his liver and kidneys shut down.

My nine year-old Shih-poo was recently diagnosed with Cushings disease with her liver enzymes at 3x the normal level. I needed to get her prescription for Royal Canin hepatic formula as soon as possible and began searching online. Several websites were listing a 12 can case at close to $200!
