Royal Canin Urinary SO Aging 7+ and Calm is a veterinary exclusive dry cat food for senior cats to support urinary health and calm anxious behaviors
- Helps dissolve and prevent pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones
- Lowers the risk of crystal formation using RSS methodology for bladder health
- Helps manage behaviors in older cats who become apprehensive and fearful in stressful environments and social situations, such as moving or the arrival of a new baby
- Stimulates aging cats' decreasing appetite with highly palatable dry kibble

Best food for my lil guy! I do like that the pieces are bigger so he *has* to chew because he likes to inhale his food if he can. 4 stars because the zip lock closure on the bag on these always bust after a month or so. I wish for the price of the product, that Royal Canin would fix that.

My cat loves this chow. She's a rescue, probably about 14 years old. I've had her for ten years. Royal Canin Multi offers the perfect combination of ingredients for her. It has an S/O profile, which prevents struvite crystals in her urine, and it is a properly balanced diet for a senior cat. It is a veterinary diet, so a cat parent would need a prescription from the vet.

This food is expensive but has been so worth it for my Velma girl! And because I can order a larger bag, the cost per serving is much more affordable. I ran out of this food in March and wanted to see if it was actually helping. My poor girl clearly was upset and not comfortable as she starting toileting outside of her box and being extra feisty with my new cat. Once I was able to get her food back in place, her behaviors quickly stopped. I will definitely order before we run out in the future!

My fifteen year old tortoiseshell loves this stuff. It's pricey, and it's a prescription veterinary diet, but it has everything in it that she needs. If you have a finicky senior cat, I would highly recommend this chow. Southern Agriculture is the only online vendor that I've found who carries it. Their order/delivery service is outstanding.

2 of our 4 cats have been struggling with crystals in their urine. Our vet suggested Royal Canin. All 4 cats LOVE it! It's unusual that they will eat at the same time, but all 4 will shove their heads into the food bowls together when we feed them. And no more urinating in the wrong places!
