Found this seed to be satisfactory to feed my birds ( parrots). There is a lot of peanuts in the mix and unfortunately I have a bird who does not eat peanuts. But the combination is good and works for my goffin cockatoo. The price is also very reasonable and I appreciate that.

Feeding Instructions
When introducing a new food, begin with a mixture of "old and new" food, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upsets as well as allowing your pet to adjust to something new. Adjust portions for proper weight maintenance and when feeding additional pets. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before each feeding.
